Mi rendo conto che questo è il terzo intervento in fila a proposito di oggetti volanti. Ma che bella la foto con i monti dell'Abruzzo innevati, a far da sfondo alle parabole della Piana di Fucino. E non è colpa mia se da piccolo volevo fare il pilota, e non sono mai cresciuto del tutto, o bene.
Il New York Times racconta il momento cruciale che sta vivendo il progetto Galileo. La questione in parte è geo-politica, e se ne parla alla fine.
"Galileo, also known as the European Global Navigation Satellite System, has already burned through more than three times the original budget target and has only 4 of the 30 planned satellites in orbit. Even so, the troubled program highlights how, through sheer force of will and a judicious sharing of economic spoils, the European Union can at times push ahead with objectives it defines as “strategic.”
