L'uscita di "The Reputation Society" (MIT Press), curato da Hassan Masum e Mark Tovey, testimonia l'interesse crescente verso i sistemi reputazionali. Davvero non è caro: su Amazon, solo $20 per il Kindle.

Nel capitolo che ho scritto io sostengo che nella governance pubblica dovremmo seriamente considerare il problema della "leggibilità" complessiva delle politiche. E' un punto di vista che aiuta anche a interpretare il cosiddetto "new"-new public management. In soldoni e per venire a noi: in Italia, con oltre 12 mila amministrazioni pubbliche, è un bel casino.
